You'll want a single line master then. I'd run a ($50) 1" bore willwood high volume but if you wanna save $10-20 and have a shorter stroke harder pedal and less brakes you could always use one of those 50's or 60's GM round single line masters.

I got a tuff stuff floor mounted brake pedal with the 1" bore high volume wilwood master cylinder . Problem is it won't work . Bleed brakes and fluid comes out good . But when close it up and press pedal can move the son bitxh , hard as a rock . When car is jacked up out into gear and it stops the tires . When it's on ground moving doesn't do nothing . Pedal doesn't move . Anyone else have this problem ?

What are you running for brakes?
Pinion brake or stock wheel cylinders?

Huh, Never heard any complaints with the 3/4" willwoods. My setups are very similar to his so I'm not sure what's the issue. Does the pedal move at all or is it just rock solid from the start? You may want to try adjusting the brakes in the back so you have a bit more travel.

I understand that but it should still work better than yours is. Try backing your adjusters off a bit so your pedal goes down a little ways and see if that helps. Otherwise you may need to adjust your clevis on the master so the lever running it is 90deg to the push rod on the master. If your pedal is forward and the throw arm is to the back you are loosing mechanical advantage and wont have all the brakes you could have. It's hard to diagnose these things without either being right there or having the brake design in my software to run it through its paces. You will never have super great brakes but if its is set up right you should be able to lock the tires up on blacktop if you give it everything you got. Afterall you are dealing with a very short pedal, pushing a giant master, without a booster.
