No you cannot flip manifolds on Oldsmobiles. Can swap them side to side and point forward ? Might be better than having a crossover pipe near the trans Guess that might get in the way of the power steering pump though

Yes they will swap side to side. But not without the drivers side dumping into the power steering pump. Also there is little to gain from it. It is much easier to buy a set from DEC and much cheaper to build your own.

Set of olds 350 manifold gaskets to trace your header flange pattern onto. Sharpe or paint pen to mark with. 1/4" thick by 2" wide flat strap to make flanges from. Plasma cutter or torch to cut flanges out. Some 1 3/4" exhaust pipe. A welder. Header bolts. And some math and tape measure skills.

Where do you hook the wire up to going to the dizzy? Any pictures would be helpful. And then that goes to on/off switch, correct?

Do you have a points style distributor or HEI?
There is a spot on the back of the cap that is labeled Bat (usually), You clip in the distributor wire there and run it through a toggle switch to the battery.

I see it there, but there is 5 different individual clips. Do I wire all 5? Or is there a certain one?

It says batt on the cap. One plug goes from the dist to the cap. The other plug is batt or in orher words "power" and the other is for the tachometer.

I'm going to say building your own headers from scratch, including the flanges, is a pretty tall order if you aren't sure how to hook a power wire to the distributor.
I'd call DEC and order a set. As far as the wiring, this is the most simple car there is to wire that you are ever going to run across. Just follow the diagram.

I have everything wired and am aware that it is an easy motor, just insure to where to hook it up at

The forward three clips (closest to the cap) are for the distributor to plug into the cap, the two clips farthest away from the cap are labeled bat and usually a -. The bat side is for a single clip that goes from your cap into your toggle switch, the - or tach side is for a tachometer. Hope that helps.
