Okay so I can get 2 20 ply skid steer tires but they seem like they would be way too heavy. Are they good on a c- clip rear end or a chrysler 83/4 or should these be ran on the front? I picked up alot of other tires but these have caught my interest. Any help is appreciated.

First bit of advice is never to run a c clip rear end anyway. I think you'd be fine on a 8 3/4 though, but you do have more of a chance of somthing going wrong.

I wouldn't even run 12 ply kerb kickers on 8-3/4" axles, let alone c clip axles.

I've had bad luck with them.....broke multiple 8-3/4" axles, one 35 spline Moser, quite a few front end parts on small body mopars. Now the only place I'll run them is on the front of a shocker. So preference, maybe so but it's based off of trial and error.

I got 2 8 ply Titan trac force 14's that are way lighter and smaller in diameter. I'll try them and see what happens.

Spinning weight with axle shots, it's common sense to figure out which will break easier. Even the best drivers in the world can't avoid axle shots therefore things will break.

I'll take a flat tire over a broken axle any day

These are the tires I got paid 60 for the two and picked up a few more. I ran tubes on the inside. Im a bit worried my leaf spring clamps may hit the back tire but they are out of the radius.

I ran a set like that on the back of a new ford last year (stock Mopar 8 3/4 rearend swapped in)... Busted an axle first hit I took... I now run 14 inch skid steers in back and just radials up front
