I just used 2 heim joints with lock collars, 3/4" knuckles (one 3/4 round to 3/4" round, one 3/4" round to spline of box), two pieces of square tube for the slip area (3/4" and 1" with 11ga wall) a quick release, and my custom unbendable wheel.

As your front end comes up the steering box goes with it if you have a solid shaft your wheel will travel towards you with the frame.

That's understood but when the info is rite above where they ask their question I LOL!!! Like Lincoln said did you not just read what was posted. I just wish 13 years ago I had access to half the info that is rite in front of the "rookie" face . As you know I started thread so i'm still trying for good advice. I also spend a lot of time reading everyone elses posts so I don't ask same question that's been answered 50 1100 times . I'm not sayin jus saying you sure have patience that's y you are the moderator an i'm just a loser I mean user lol

I don't claim to be an expert on anything. I can only offer what I have experienced and direct users to the appropriate thread. I have been building cars for 15 years and every car that I build is better than the last one. Thanks to trial/error and some useful information that I have picked up from reading all the post on here. I wish that I had had Wecrash many years ago. It would have kept me from wasting a ton of clean old iron by not knowing what I was doing.
