I ran that same bumper last year on a stock Y frame. Non seam welded. Lasted two runs that way. Here's after the 1st run Here's after the 2nd run

i have 2 of them i took the skin off and 3" square tube fits in there very very nicely! (3" stuffed with 2.5" inside that!) did that on both of mine and each bumper has 4 runs each on them and there is nothing wrong with either of them! i even put one on a lumina and demolished sh*t in a small car class too lol. i love them! well worth the money! IMO

then yes weld weld weld the skin back on after stuffing them (if you can) and there awesome!

I found a couple 74 or 75 valiant or dart in the junk yard. Can't really tell what they were cause they stripped except for the front bumpers. These look really tough. Flat in the front and the back and the material they're made of thick steel. Other than loaded I was wondering how these hold up on the bigger cars. Particularly do they bend in the middle right away? The ends I know will bend easy. I have a used royal Monaco and this bumper looks tougher I just weary because of how flat it is.

74-76 Valiant, Duster, Dart, Dart Sport, etc. bumpers are all pretty decent. Not the best but far from worst; a good choice for stock or mild builds. The ones I've ran bent the ends before the middle.
