just incase you havent solved your problem with the alt not charging i just fixed mine by taking the LG/R and the yellow wire coming off of the alt splice them together and send 12v through them. i hooked them to the fuse box thats only 6 inches away but probably can be reduced down to the output bolt from the alt itself to help reduce the amount of wires traveling. doing this will send 12v constantly to the reg to charge for you.

Has anyone made 4.6 headers yet? Also if I ever get back into doing this I may try a 99+ setup. I know MSD makes a stand alone system for those motors with a Carb setup.

Jugulator what is the advantage of putting he air temp sensor between the MAF and the throttle body? I did that and my car would barely stay running, any answers?

It ran fine before I moved the maf and the temp sensor, then I moved temp sensor and it ran like garbage. Think I may just move it all back to stock and see what happens, if it helps I'm just gonna leave it.

Rather odd I moved the entire air box system and have no issues. What I did to my system is take the flex part off the air intake remove the big plastic housing hook the flex piece to the step down rubber clamp and hooked the maf to it and made a small hole for the air temp sensor. I think you may have a vacuum leak somewhere on the engine as I did that went to the evap lines when I pulled it off there was a huge vacuum leak and the car would die.

That could be too, I will mess with it tomorrow, also though I sprayed the maf with carb cleaner and it seemed to help it a bit. Do you think I could have a problem with the mass air flow sensor?

Try unplugging it and see if it helps you any further my car doesn't make much change plugged or unplugged so I think my sensor is shot but should go I to factory setting and still try to run

Because it ran great. Then I moved sensors a nd it wouldn't idle, then I sprayed maf with carb clean ran better but not its back to running like garbage. If I punch the gas to rev it up I have no throttle response, I néed to just ease into the gas,

Any chance you have the maf on backwards?

Are you able to provide any pictures so we can look at them? I know for my 95 marquis my coil packs are cracked and when I moved them the position it was sitting at wouldn't work. I will be replacing them before the demo but it did experience a bad idle. Also double check your ground wires if you have moved enough of the harness around. When the vehicle is running you don't notice any vacuum leaks right?
