What good is a square frame? Does it serve the same purpose as creasing a body panel? Shouldn't bend as quick? Just curious.

Bingo, it will make the frame harder to bend BUT if you over crease and pinch the frame, you have a chance of it ripping..just like on a body panel.

I have seen them several different ways with varying degrees of success. It seems the dpi method is the most controlled and consistent from what i've seen. Just remember unless you can make everything it makes another spot the weak link and could be worse result than not creasing the frame. JMO.

Literally sit down with an air hammer and a huge compressor, or two, and hammer away. Start the edge with a hammer then run it back and forth with the air hammer. Once you get it started it goes pretty smooth when your working down each edge. Believe it or not the best air hammer I found for it was a harbor Frieght one. Tried a bunch of expensive ones but they weren't as good. And your not beating the top down just pulling the rounded edge square...
