what will it be fine for besides the junk pile or maybe the back of a car and good luck using it again biggest mistake i have made is using a vic bumper on a tilted vic Unless I'm missing them I can"t see where the welder was near this bumper. There are tricks to welding these and it isn't beating the skins down and welding. Like everything in life quick and easy isn't always the best, and they don't need stuffed to be a good bumper.

73 olds bumpers? They look skinny buy have a good backing on them. Are they good enough for an impala and olds 88?

Any thoughts on '75 Malibu Wagon front and rear bumpers and to build tough when can't technically stuff but can seam weld?
(took me 15 minutes to write that with 513's boobs jiggling in my face, think i'll mount a flat screen on my next car with that playing over and over to distract the other drivers)

How are the bumpers from dec headers? Are they worth the money?

Which bumper is tougher if just seam welded in a limited weld class? A 74 impala or the Chrysler pointy ones?

the pointy will be harder, but keep in mind for a limited weld it may not be the best choice for your car.

Not too many people go shopping for just bumpers in our area. I picked up two fresh '76 Monte bumpers yesterday for $100. Not to bad in my opinion. Guy wanted $500 for the whole cars and one was missing the whole front clip, so I went for just the bumpers and shocks. Good day of hunting there. They look to be better than the bumper on my '76 Caprice. Would you agree?

74-76 Monte bumpers are really hard seam welded. Friend has one with several runs on it and still straight and not showing signs of bending. Leave the 77s only. Id rate the Monte bumpers with the 74 impala but a lil better.

74 and 75 are the good monte bumpers..... the 76 and 77 are junk in my eyes. Most only last through 1 car
