how are the mid 70s GM round back, front bumpers? like off of a kingswood wagon. i know where i can get 2 of them. Come on with it....... You have 283 posts and you're asking this question??? You've said in previous posts how you're going to "stick a 74-76 GM bumper on it......." I think you're yankin our chain, but FYI, make sure you buy the bumpers only... you don't want to have to deal with the rest of that JUNK car!!!!!!

just want to make sure there isnt something different about the gm wagon bumpers for some reason. I had figured they were like the rest of GM, but wanted to check. I know the general rule, 73 and older are junk, and 74-76 are good. 77 and newer will work, but not preferred.

Yes, the wagons have the same bumpers as the sedans from Chevy to BOP in their respective years.. '74 Buick Estate wagon will have the same bumper as a '74 Electra or LeSabre.... a '76 Caprice Estate wagon will have a '76 Chevy bumper and so on...

How good is the 76 buick regal bumper. Looks good, would be hardnosed on a73 BOP with no frame seam welding?

If you're talking LeSabre/Electra: Better than all other Pre-74 GM front bumpers with the exception of '73 Olds "railroad" bumpers... They appear to be very similar, but the Olds is far better....

Depends on what kind of '73 Buick you have. '73 Buick Riviera bumper is the best '73 bumper out there IMO.

If you can't hard nose it use the poncho brackets but switch sides with them and mount your bumper and shocks to that
