The 73 gloves gill work, just not in stock form. there are many ways to modify/fix them depending on your rules. Left stock they are not that great.

How are the 75 Buick Electra 225 bumpers not aloud to load are bumpers. Everyone has different opinions on them, Most people flip them upside down. I had decent luck with them right side up and seam welded in mostly stock shows. Its all personal preference. It greatly depends on how hard the car is, how the bumper is mounted, and the type of car that you are putting it on. There are many variables that determine their success or failure.

For the guys that run the 74-75 Pontiac "pointy" bumpers, when you mount them do you flip them upside down and if so, why?

cause if u dont flip it tends to bend down most of those bumpers in stock form are horrible need some welding attention to be ok IMO

I found a 73 Olds 98 two door. Are these the "railroad" bumper or are they junk pre '74 stuff?

^^They are the rail road bumpers, they are fairly tough, but are kinda skinny for my liking.
I've always thought about stacking 2 and welding them together.... Not sure how most promoters would like that though. Lol
