I picked up a couple wagons. Never seen one run and cant find any info on building them. Anyone got any ideas on how they do and what areas need attention? Pretty stock shows around me so will most likely be running against 20+ stock vics and a few caprices. Attachments:

No help from me, I honestly have never even seen one. Are they Leafed or coiled? Maybe build like a chrysler wagon.

I've never understood the logic of lumping the AMC's in with the Chryslers, but ok....

I ran one at our county fair completely stock. The rearend held up very well with the coils. The front on the other hand is very weak, it went sideways and broke the steering with a pretty minor hit.

I had a daily driver 72 Matador wagon back when I was in high school. It had rear coil springs and had a 304 in it. For a wagon it would get up and go. Was going to derby it back in the day but was rusting out bad in the front. Ended up pulling the motor and sold it to a bud to put in his Jeep and filled it up with junk and scrapped it. My dad ran a 74 Ambassador back in 1984.
