Depends on your area and how strict the tech is. Welding them. Can do it on the top and it's pretty unnoticeable. Tech is far from strict. Heat didn't weaken ball joint?. Talked with RH3 hes got some ball joints for me. No, a moog problem solver Lower BJ is surprisingly thick in the shank, have never had that be a failure point.

I have a fresh, 10/10 98-02 Lincoln frame and I'm allowed 4 4"×4"×1/4" fix it plates. Running a street stock class-any bumpers, any wheels and tires-but basically bone stock. Where would you guys put these plates?

Where would you guys put these plates? Behind the gusset on side rail, bottom side of frame behind spring bucket wrap up the outside to meet a arm strap. Then use your allthread washers and spacers to help your z box stay straight till you get another set of plates

Running a light weld class, 14” bumper brackets and 2 4x6 fix it plates, I have an idea on where to plate it I just want to know what bumper to run and where to run bumper brackets top or side, no Amish pointys or replica bumper and can’t point square tube.

What can a guy use for front coils to stiffen the spring pocket? Looking for better options than factory coils

Factory coils have worked great for years, just weld a arms down,or 9 wire them down when welding is not allowed..seen them work well with a hole blown thru a arm and spring pocket, then 4 rounds of 9wire twisted tight

Ski I believe is making more springs, they are kind of the gold standard for that. If possible per rules you can make a "spring bucket" that acts as a spacer out of tubing that does the same thing
