My goodness, Barker23, where did you go?
5 posts from you, two of them about me. 1) About me buying intakes and picking up engines at Fall Brawl, and 2) posting on this thread. But you deleted this one?
Your love for me is noted. But I really wish you would just post facts to back up your deleted statement. That would make my day.

Hell, I sent a PM to the man himself. Pointed out that I paid for a year on the other wecrash and that was going to be honored here. I know he has a full plate with recent events, but that was even before that.
Maybe we should just post a bunch of things every couple of hours to make us look busy. Wait, if you really are busy like me, you don't have time to worry about that. Oh well.

Will be at Blizzard Bash this coming weekend. Have engines to deliver and pickup, so I will have my big rig with me. If you are dropping off or picking up, I will be there around 7 p.m. on Friday.
Will be doing some carb work and tuning on things while at the show, so I will be a little tought to track down, but should be at the trailer off and on if you need me.
Would like to buy 2G carb cores at the show also, bring em, I'll pay you cash. Better condition carbs bring better money.

Also, if picking up your engine or dropping one off to freshen, please have this completed by the start of the show on Sunday. Would actually prefer to have it all done by Saturday afternoon, but we'll see how the weekend goes. Will likely leave before the show is over on Sunday and don't want to chase people down to finalize transactions.
If bringing your engine back to be freshened, please have it on the same (or similar) red stand you purchased it on. Drain all fluids.
Thanks! Scott

I will be in Chicago next week at Kipp's shop. Should anyone want to actually stop by and purchase anything or drop some stuff off for us to look at while I'm in town, let me know in advance. I will also be attending a legal seminar and will have some obligations there as well.
In order for us to have the truck deliver the engine inventory on time, I need to finish some engines to ship. We are trying to decide what inventory will work best at his location, so I'll be making that decision in the next 10 days.
In addition to the most popular 355 signature series, I have some end of the year specials that may interest some folks. Every year I put off the odd cores that come in, or deals I find that aren't exactly the usual engines I recommend to customers. Kind of the engine oddities I have put together. All great stuff, all engines I would run, but each with its own thing that makes it different.
350 full roller - std bore block, rebuilt 993 heads, screw in studs, guideplates, Comp hydraulic roller cam (218/224 @.050) , roller rockers, new flat top pistons, rings, bearings, oil pump, timing chain, gaskets, etc. 2G cast iron intake, fresh G.A.S. HEI and 2G carb. No fuel pump lobe, so must use electric fuel pump. $2750
SOLD355 flat tappet - .030 over block, polished 10/20 crank, coated skirt flat top hyperutectic, moly rings, open chamber heads (993 or 487), new flat tapped hydraulic cam, freshly assembled, G.A.S.. 2G intake and HEI, $1900SOLD
358 full roller - .040 block, new coated skirt hyperutectic pistons, hydraulic roller cam (can be used with stock converter), roller rockers, 291 cast heads with screw in studs and guide plates. Very nice piece. $2750.
SOLD355 solid roller - this was the engine Bob Whittaker ran at Metal Mayhem. Had it sold, but refunded the money when my core tear-down guy unloaded the engine from my trailer and told me the block was cracked. So we stuffed things in a new block and freshened it while we were there. Aftermarket crank, rods, forged pistons, balanced, aftermarket heads, aluminum intake, custom 4412 holley, G.A.S. HEI, solid roller cam. Now has fuel pump provision. Loud, powerful, and works with a stock converter and isn't a heat monster like some of the powerhouse engines out there. SOLD
PM me if you are stopping by while I'm in Chicago. Will be at the shop most of Wednesday, and at various other times. THANKS!

Prices listed are F.O.B. at either shop. No additional shipping charges for the engines to get to Kipp's instead of pickup at my shop in Lincoln, NE.

G.A.S. will be adding another product line as of 12/4/12. Please stay tuned for additional products for derby use at that time.
