timmyo hook me up on hard wiring the injectors. Do they run off the negative side and would I be better off to hard wire the fuel pump and coil packs as well?

You should fuse and hardwire your fuel pump and coil packs.

Gotcha, but how do I go about wiring the injectors open? I know that's what has to be doing this because I bypassed the fuel pressure regulator by jumping the fuse with a wire so when the ignition is turned on there is constant fuel, and i also had the coils hard wired. I even pulled the line off the rail and turned the key on without jumping the fuel pump and it purged fuel fine? What do you guys think, can I wire past them or am I better off finding a computer and gauge cluster?

Yea I've heard about that. This one is a gt so would I have to fine one out of a gt? Would a base model computer have to be reprogrammed? dont know if it would have to be re programmed thats something to call a local shop about and ask but beiing a gt is it a 2.4 instead of the 2.2? because you would just need an ecu out of a 2.4 or vica versa the z24 cavaliers have the 2.4 motor in them as well along with most of your mid to late 90's grand am's. seeing how they share the same body platform as the cavalier the gt badge has nothing to do with the ecu as long as you match up the eng.

Its a 2.4 cheater. So basically match up the vins on the computers/body and give it a whirl.
