Man it sucks to hear its dying up there. I'm trying to get them going down here. Got a few people interested but at best we had a heat of 8 people. Is it money that is driving people away? Too low of payout or too many people putting too much money in their cars? Or both?

I built 3 cars. I drive one, I let another friend drive one and loan out the other to who ever wants to race. Gets expensive but if it gets the sport going or keeps it alive then it's worth it.

True, I have probably about 1000-1500 into my cars, but it's getting out of hand when folks are putting a couple grand into engines and probably another grand into steel to reinforce their cars, then when ole billy bob with his $1000 car gets unfortunate enough to get in their way, gets plowed into, and there goes all that and you're back to square 1. Besides what it costs to build a car, it costs a solid $200-300 just to go run a race that pays out $500 to win, and with shitty odds your average joe just doesn't see a point in even trying it

A lot of these new rules as far as not hitting hard in the intersection or your black flagged is a good thing for lot budget cars. But when you run 15-20 races a year it nice to have a strong car because there isnt time to build a new a lot of time.

There trying to find a Happy medium for everyone, Thats why its a dieing sport because the price of everything has gone up and its a hard hobby to afford. anyone should be able to come out and race, I dont care if you have $10000 or $1000, let the promotor make more driver rule thats the only way it will be a fair sport for everyone, The last thing I want to do is show up at a race and see 5 cars and no competion, its not fair to us or the crowd

idk there need to be something done to save are sport my plan is to do whats being done now just let us build them how we want. I have 300 in to my car but i know how to get cars and steel for free and have the motor and trans all ready not every one know how to do that i just know good ppl and have a good looking car every year. i look at are racing this way its still cheeper then circle track racing and it pays as good as most tracks around here and its cheeper to enter i dare you to find a place to enter 40buck for you your car and 2 pit guys plus buying tires all the time man we have it good

The cutlass and regal both have bolt in 10 bolts. All cars rolling. NOT selling out just moving some things around. Will send pics by phone.
