My bad skip the black and green one on top Back end is the same as I always do them. It took a few decent hits. It's not near as interesting as my partners Fairmont's was lol. PM me with specifics.

Ya his Fairmont looked awesome how dose the back hold up with going that short? I thought about trying that on a lumina. there has to be some way to make the back of a lumina stronger!

Which one Hellbent? and I'm not sure on the leafed car 88x there are a lot of shows the same night as MP but might bring it down. Last year was my first time down there and I liked it. I like the track, long and not too sloppy. and they seem to run a fair show.. last year was horrible for me. was in your heat, didnt last long lol. wires got pinched and fried everything.

I had 2 do that when I pulled them onto the trailer. I figured a body mount and flat washers would look good there. Did you have to run the stock bumpers or choose to?

I chose to this time. I see you have posted in the Pacer tips. I haven't read it yet. Getting there. This is only my second Pacer. The first one was showroom clean, this one is not, so that happening is a first for me. Thanks.

I gotta say, in 14 years of compact derby, as a fwd hater, that Accord is the only front wheel drive that has ever thoroughly impressed me. I would take another one over a W body any day of the week.

I don't think I will ever derby a Honda or Toyota. Scrap here dropped to $175 a ton. Prices on Honda and Toyota cars dropped to $400 a ton. Before the drop they were bringing $800 a car.

Wow. That's crazy. There is no special price for them at the scrap or parts yards around here. There is an interstate gas station not too far away from me that actually says "You are Nowhere" above the front door. Scrap here in "Nowhere" peeked at $200 and is down to $120. Fwd imports are far and few between and basically unwanted around here. Mostly older folks and farmer types here. Most of them have no use for a fwd, or for an import. This Honda was given to us by someone that was moving away & didn't want to bother taking it with them.
The Pacer bumper isn't as stout as it looked. It looked stronger than the c-channel bumper that was on my '79, so I gave it a whirl. Should have taken it off and saved it for something much smaller and lighter like a Geo or Aspire or Rabbit, or Starlet. I think the middle is still straight enough to do just that.
