Tahoe the same basic build? Any differences other than shorter in the back?

Depends what years your referring to the 2dr Tahoe has a perfectly straight rear frame as the suburbans an 4dr Tahoe dips down behind the rear leaf shackle

They are strong either way I jus see a few plow in the ass but after a lot of smashing I would grind slot in the frame behind shackles an pre bend an crease top of riff at same spot you can get a season out of one built rite

I posted videos of my build, 94 Sub. 4x4. Might want to browse through, not sure what all I suggested, but you can see what I did. www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLT045-5W_je9kWX8JhsQKJvRPnSry0EWK

I got a 90 suburban. Chain and go rules no welding. It a 2 wheel drive small block. I can not swap bumpers. I have not ran a truck before and to me it looks like the frame is weak, after reading through these posts I'm assuming using the front end would not be a very smart choice? What do any of you guys think? I am hoping to add a few body mounts in the rear to try and keep it from peeling off, any other suggestions? I know I don't have much to work with. Any suggestion on easing the fornt? Also does anyone know what headers will clear the brake booster or can it just be removed? Thanks!

2000 half ton burb. Has anyone seen one of these run or have built one? Justly wondering it’s worth the time. Pretty lenient wire half ton class is what it will be ran in. Thanks

ran a 96 1/2 ton in 2017. 2cd and 3rd place. front clips are the weekest I ever ran before. use the ass as much as possible 1st, 2cd place run the front right fender came in so far it dented the valve cove. broke a tranny line and had a small fire. www.youtube.com/watch?v=AF6fTRI7rTI geen one 2cd run got a new front clip and rad. got maddog using the ass the entire time. dint loose the rad till a drivers door hit. finally broke a wire to the tbi system.
basic build per rules. 3in square tube bumper. rear seat bar post to post. doors welded 3x6in plates. stock drive train. 2cd run I did upgrade to bobcat tires. my son is recording. he's driving the black 66 in the first vidio
