I have a 92 camry with a 2.2l in it. For some reason it keeps loading up but it only does it when it is in gear. Wondering if anyone has had this problem before? I have another motor for it but I really don't want to do a swap.

Fix the motor mounts so the axles do not pop out from excessive motor travel.

my 94 corolla had a couple of relays that were required. when i rerouted wires i didnt leave enough slack and kept yanking them loose with my size 15's....
also, if you can a DP is a good idea on these. mine ran like a champ until the dist got scattered across the county....

I been chasing a problem on mine for a few weeks. I have changed the plugs wires cap and rotor and it only happens when it rains. It will start fine and idle but as soon as I hit the gas it hesitates and wants to stall like it's miss firing. I have good pressure and good gas. When I take the cap off there is modifier inside so I clean it out and runs ok. Also I put silicone on the cap to try and keep the modifier out but it still get in there. Any help would be great thanks

does putting on headers actually help any? besides not getting bent or plugged up with mudd In my eyes, the biggest advantage is the direction of any exhaust flames. Wife & I drew separate heats....was watching her. Exhaust was throwing 3 foot flames out of it....it was obviously. She was shut down & doused with halon With a header, it would have been a different story.

dont always need a good bumper on the front of these my brother won against my buddys celica and he got hit so hard by my buddy i have a video if u wanna see it I have ran a 93 corolla a couple years. The rear ends are tough. They ball up and you can hit with it all night. The front end is a different story. Find a good steel bumper for the front, and keep it in reverse.
