i cant do that it pretty much a stock derby do these tend to go up or need to be notched or dimpled.

It will need the extra encouragement to roll up. Notch it or dimple it. I prefer to dimple. If you dimple, do it pretty deep. Tuck the trunk if you can. If you can't tuck it, throw it away.
With really stock rules, the back will be the business end of it.....depending on just how stock.

Here's the best tip you will ever hear from me in this thread, as I generally have much tighter rules to work with than they do. If layedback (despite his age), skiprip, or kelbz3x offer sincere foxbody advice, take it to heart. All 3 of those guys are very capable of building exceptional foxes.
A 74-76 Monte bumper was unable to hold up to Matt's last fox build.
I'm not knockin' anyone here. Experience sharing is what this is all about.
edit.......Matt, perhaps you'd grace us with a pic or 2 of your t-bird, or the old stang, if you still have some.
