How many runs are you guys getting out of a clean full weld stang? Thinking about trying one because they look tough and no one really runs them around here.

Still working on building my first full weld fox body....might get started running it next year Almost all of the competition at weld shows here will be AMC & Ford and most of the Fords will be Pintos & Mavericks

i got my 9 inch in yesterday, thats tough getting it to mate up to the foxbody. The tires stick out about an inch too far on each side w/ lumina wheels on it. So i think itll work alright. I used the stock coils and used my front end loader to push the car way down to get the shocks and top arms bolted up.

Hey DJ I bet your rear end wouldn't be to wide under your lumina with a set of leaf spring like skip has!!!!

skiprip, i see the leaf pack you have is pretty thick. Any problems with it ripping out of the frame since theres not much give with the springs? Did you do anything special mounting the rear shackle?

The big thing is to get a good bumper they like to break what I thought where good bumpers lol

I think the steel bumpers on these are unpredictable. I have had them go bad in a couple runs. On the other hand, I have couple that have both been through multiple cars and are still good.

i ran a super stuffed stock front bumper on mine this yr. gunna make a lighter one for next, i think all tht extra weight hurt more then helped
