Be careful with stock radiator fan. I believe it’s the same as an ecotec cavalier but The starter solenoid sits directly behind it with minimal space. One shot to the front end got me on that once

Anyway I can use a engine harness off a cavy with a manual and bolt said motor with the harness that came with it to an auto trans? I know on the w bodies you can (hot wire) the trans to keep it out of limp mode. Do these have that? Obviously the pcm has to control the trans somehow. There is the plug on the rad side that is 2 wires, the 2 or 3 plugs in the range sensor and one on the firewall side towards passenger side. Motor with auto trans threw a rod and manual trans case is cracked on the motor that is good. Any help is appreciated!

I am currently running 15 inch tires on my cavaliers. I was looking for everyone’s opinion on if I put universal centres in some chrome ss rims and possibly narrowed them, would these be too heavy or put too much load on the driveline?

I ran foam filled 6-14 tractors tires on a cavy one year and actually won but they are very heavy I no longer use them. I use them for weight in the winter lol. Your idea would probaly be fine. I currently run 5-14 tractor tires doubled on a dumby rim and it is pretty narrow and works good.
