check your solenoid. try jumping that by putting a screw driver and touch both terminals together. your battery might be dead too try boosting the car with another car to see if you can get it started.

Buddy has a 98 with a 2.0. Was on its 3rd run and He said it died in a show and won't start. Fuel pump is good and has good pressure on the rail. Coil has 12v going into the coil with the key but noting through the plug wires to the cylinders on the 2 other wires in the coil pack and no power to the crankshaft position sensor. Is it me or is the PCM fried or do we need to simply get a crankshaft position sensor? I don't know what powers the sensor for it to fire, figured it would be the PCM

Was reading up on this thread anyone ev=r figure out a solution to the tie rods for stock style derby with out being able to pipe them.

I'm also tuning one this year and it bogs out as soon as I put it to the floor and could be of some help that would be good

Did it run fine then you strip it an it started? An do you have v6 or 4 banger

Did it run fine then you strip it an it started? An do you have v6 or 4 banger 4 banger and ran fine before I brought it off a friend then he said started tuning like shit I tried the fuel pump and if I unplug the mafs dosent change at all

If the cluster is still there plug it in. If not u have to jump a wire from the cluster plug for it to charge. I ran into that on one a few years back

I pulled out my cluster didn't lose no power at all. That's with the same motor he's got. Mines a 99.

Built last one for a friend. Lil more cage to do. sounds good with that stack on a 4 banger. Fit in there well with how I built it.

figured I'd give a update. 12 inch rims fit back of these cars well. With the issue of them having the tie rods break I welded the e brake button down so I can use e brake to steer if I have to. Built it in a week an half an seems over all solid build.
