balance of the car has nothing to do with it? your rear tire gets snapped off you still manage to drive around with 3 tires. i think hes got his cage balanced pretty good. jmo youtu.be/s7swatQa2AUHis tire gets snapped off and his car is so well balanced he’s goes an additional 7+ minutes. Either straight luck or idk

Made me a hillbilly engine hoist to remove my engine from the trailer. Now that it’s removed I can start working on it

WTF... lol I want to see you put it in the car. That’s most likely what my neighbours thought too. But I didn’t have anything else to get it off the trailer. I wouldn’t put it in the car that way I’d fork out the money for a engine hoist to do a job like that.

Running a 2000 model. With a fiberglass trunk lid. Rules state I have to keep it on hinges and must remain 50% in stock location. Looking for suggestions. Will a 96 metal lid would at least bolt on to hinges? Thanks

Last time I called a promoter to ask about the 50% thing, I wanted to just ditch the deck lid because the car came to me without one. Promoter said no, because then 0% of the deck lid would be in the factory location. It was a W body (my first one). I welded a Subaru hood in place of the original lid. It passed.

I could tuck the other half, but couldn't just ditch the whole thing.

Thanks Not 100% sure if it will bolt up, but I'm betting as long as the hinges are in the factory position, the lid can be bolted to the hinges in any position..def if they let you move it around up to 50%..good luck
