I don’t ever use reverse out here we’re on a big pavement track, our heats/ mains last 10-20 minutes reverse is just for getting off the trailer.

No I’ve never had an issue with my window bars, we don’t just use lap belts we have to run 5 point harnesses. So you don’t move much! Only thing I hate about the 5 point is I can't see backing up. I always run them though because I seem to be less sore and I like the quick release. I leave one chest strap just a little loose and I'm able to look back just fine.

I ran a 5 point for the first time a couple weeks ago. I think my back and neck thanked me but my left collarbone/shoulder is still bugging me. I'm not completely sold on it yet but will probably give it another go before I go back to a lap belt.

I was in the middle of rolling a car and my shirt sleeve snagged the quick release and belts come off.

Took first in the heat, and ran outa car in the main frames on the ground and the passenger side tire is an inch or two off the ground, not sold on the hype 😅 might trade away my other one for another caddy, my YouTube channel is dirtydeanfilms, Ill only have go pro footage of this one and the y framer that I found a wall with this year. To much to do with three cars in forks!

Went underneath the firewall, bent a little where the 10 plate stoped but otherwise the frame itself stayed fairly straight

Have a chance at buying a clean 63 or 69 which would be better or doesn't matter thanks

63 has better sheet metal and has a bigger internal motor cross member . 69 has the 9 3/8 rearend bascially a 31 spline 9 inch that a 31 spline 9 inch center bolts directly in to. No gears are available for the factory 9 3/8 pumpkin. Why not buy both?

Buy both! Build the 66-9 pull the rear end and build the other with what you learn from the first! Unless ones a rot box
