Before the rear humps there a hole in the frame if its like 5ish inches away from the seam or if its 11ish corresponding to the shorter or longer frame

I "think" there's long vics but not merc but I'm not confident enough to say one way or other

I believe the vics can be longer if they are the taxi frame(roughly 2 inches I believe in the rear door). Other wise 03 Lincoln is a bit longer than a Vic/merc. A 2 dr 80s Lincoln will fit on a vic/merc frame. A 4 door Lincoln will fit on a 03 Lincoln. Could be wrong though.

Okay so I’m building 2 03’s in a semi stock class and am wondering what are some tips to help the steering cause the rack has to stay and everything basically is stock except you can weld the arms and bumpers and swap stuff for your drive line etc so some good pointers and tips for some help would be appreciated!

What year 03 newer comes with the steel lower a arms Seems like there’s a different answer every time but I’ve found 06-11 05.5, they switched mid year in 05, all 06 and up should have them. Believe it was to accommodate the stronger springs they started to use.
