i will find out how the 05 p71 frame is in january I ran one last summer, wrecked the front frame in one run. Hardnosed, shocks welded in the crush zone up front, otherwise stock frame. Bent pretty bad in front of the "crush box" area. Frame gave in the rear in front of the rear wheels. you run a dp, leafs, could ur cage go to the frame, u allowed to run wire from frame to cage?

No leafs & no cage to the frame, welded front bumper, notched the rear & mounted the body solid to the frame, otherwise stock.

icic. our rules allow alot more welding than that.. i think i have the front coverd.. not knocking ur info at all, i appreciate the heads up... now with ur input im gunna put the helmet on and pick up the welder and make sure i dont wreck the front frame!!! thanks again

buddy of mine didnt tilt. i tilted mine.. we will see differences on january 28

i am building my first 03. The derby i am running says that it has to bounce. Anyone have any pictures on how to mount the coil spring without adding a ton of steel.front coils

They didnt say anything about it, car didnt run tho due to a gas leak, but my brother and hutton727 had no problems with theres.
