Here is a shocker trunk we did, was a rust free mint car. Tucked trunk bolted and pinch to trunk floor with redi rod four 6" welds on trunk top chained humps big notch at the end of where the shocks would be, and trunk floor sliced some beat a line in the body

this is a question from a guy that isn't a mopar person but it seems like pointies might even apply too much leverage for a mopar to handle, it sure seems to stand em up, so are they to much for the fronts to handle would they be better off with a flat bumper

IMO shockers handle of pointies is 5 or 6 on the list......

From the front view, My Uncle Jeff is on the right. Running a 440. Dad is in the middle. Still has his 383 that he ran here. (It's 1992) And their friend Brett on the left running a 400. All Mopar Shockers. See more pics below. Complete stock besides chains and 2 rods going through the core support to the frame haha. Sorry for the attachment upload, but I couldn't figure out how to get the images to show up in the post itself, so they're attached. Either way, you just click on it and the downloaded file shows up at the bottom left. Click on that and you can view the pics. By the way, if you look at this, it's the reason my dad only won one derby in his life and that was because he lost his steering and couldn't hit anybody. Too bad they didn't have king of the ring or crowd pleaser back then. He'd at least have a few more trophies than just heat winner trophies. Sky high on both ends. 3 cars, Mopar rules. Attachments:
