I’m gonna flip the shocks and use it to plate the frame and then run bolts through the y’s to suck them together more... it’s also gonna be welded a arms forward

If it a stock frame and you can't close the Y then a stock vic bumper it is. But if you are allowed to close the Y then I'd go with a little harder bumper but still be careful. Now you need to make sure you close the y properly or it will bend just as easy.

They’re both just seam welded so I’m thinking the elite is still better for it? It’s a pretty stockish build as well elite bumper is gonna bend just as fast as the vic on one side of the point since only the point is braced on that bumper. I'd go with Vic bumper for sure. This bring it's a soft enough bumper it will take some of the hit an not put all the pressure on frame. It's a y framer use the rear all that you can then turn it around.

If you need some other tips you can pm some of us. Y framer requires some love in areas that are and arent legal to most rules but depending on your abilities and how your tech inspection is y framers can hold there own as long as things are tied in together as much as you can.

Plugged the rear port on the master since I took front brakes off and then tried to bleed the rear drums and pedal still goes to the floor. Fluid was coming out strong of the bleeders. Very little air. Also tried playing with the adjusters in the rear and didn’t help at all. Should I just run a new line straight from the master to the rear and eliminate the junction box or whatever you wanna call it? Or would I just be better off with a floor mount setup.

I would say you just still have air in it. You did put cap back on when you was bleeding them right

I run a floor mounted pedal and run a line direct from master to the T on the rear end
