If you are asking about mine it is the first cadi i have ever built and i closed the Y in the front and the bumper on the rear is off a 75 impala and where i run it i can run 12 inch bumper shocks of our choice so i used 2x3 box tubing for bumper shocks in the rear 12 inches long.

Damn. They need to make it possible to post pictures off smart phones. Get the photobucket app and you can.

65 caddy ran 2x in stock shows. Did well. 472 out of a 68 caddy with stock ~3.40 gears, really hooked up.

Are you guys who are running 472s running electric fuel pumps, if not how does it work with the manual pump on the drivers side?

cool was planning on running a 72 472 in a 75 sdv, and that was one of my big concerns, I hate electrics myself.

I use electric, no problems. I don't think this engine has ever died in a derby and it' been through 4, actually has a quadrapuke on it lol but works so well I've not changed it.

Not sure what the adjustment rods are on the outside braces but has anyone ran into problems with them before? As in does it screw up your steering or jam into the front tires??
