i suck at trying to ajust out a qjet carb what are some ez tips on getting it to not run rich or to lean? and thi is for 70s to 80s 4bar stock q jets and stock 2 bar qjets?

HELP!!! i have a rochester dualjet 210 and all of a sudden tonight we fired it up and it runs like crap and is leaking fuel from a port right above where the fuel line comes in..where is this supposed to go to? why might i be leaking fuel from this area? we are stumped and derby is in a week and a half..any help??

Anybody know where to find a good rebuild kit for a 2G carb?
Found a carb and intake in a yard and its going on a stock motor. Thanks

I plan on rebuilding a rochester 2g here pretty soon for a stock 350. I'm wondering what you guys are doing to make these good derby carbs?

Does any one have any tips on ajusting a 2g Iv herd the base ajustment for the fuel to air screws is three turns out but where do I go from there

I tap mine for holley jets tap cost around $20

I opened up a 2g i bought to rebuild and there is a shield around the needle and seat of the carb this is the first time i have seen something like this. Any help is appreciative. PS. Stromi sent me here.

In Motorcraft carbs it is used to keep the fuel from lifting the needle/seat with the sloshing fuel.
