Ran a 80's 2 door caddy last year at our local fair my first ever derby ended up 5th out of around 20 cars fried my battery was only running on 7 cylinders the whole show. Before the first show After with the @$$ on the ground! After plating the humps and changing engines Ran it again at an old iron show missed the feature by one spot once again battery came un hooked and couldnt get it back on.

This is a 78 Seville after 3 stock heats. 2nd, did not place, and a 1st. Never built a caddy before and had to roll the ass end up after the first demo cuz the humps went, couldn't plate so I rolled it as far as I could to keep it out of the tires and used all front end the last night. The last night is on youtube www.youtube.com/watch?v=peE1tl3g6TIAttachments:

Buddy of mine just ran a '78 in two hard heats and a hard feature. It was built well, but not cheated. It bent at the firewall. No attention was given to the idler arm bolt holes.
