Looks like STROMI combined some threads....
STROMI, this just made this very confusing if someone doesn't look at the thread title on every post... I know you're trying to make the board more simple but this may be a case that it isn't I think "technically" the vista cruiser is a "midsized" wagon not full size like the custom cruiser was

I was wondering because I heard that 71 GM frames are a lil bit thinner than 72-76 GM frames,I am talking about full size wagons here. I have ran several 72-76 GM Wagons and a 71 Chevy Wagon, it seemed like the 71 frame went up a lot faster in front of the steering box. Is there any truth to this? And what is the deal about some wagon frames having a diamond stamp or something on them somewhere? Is there such a frame and where would I look for this stamp and is it a thicker frame? And does this elusive diamond frame wagon only appear on a certain year, make, or model?

Happened to go out and measure today. 71 Buick wagon, verses 73 Buick wagon with a micrometer. Front sub to firewall exact same size. Overlap of sub weld on 73 model is 1/32 of an inch thicker but metal same size. Center section exact same, humps and rear rails same size.

Could the steel have been melted of different materials or made differently thus making it weaker? I remember seeing a thread that joker had talked about different plants that melted the steel for the frames and tbe different steels that went into the frames making them stronger or weaker

No, they're fine. Some put metal inner fenders in but it's not needed. I've run lots of olds and done pretty well with them. The biggest thing I try to do is hit square with the front. I've had a couple that the frames went all wonky when making corner shots with the front.

Anyone got any specific tips for a 75 malibu wagon? Any spots to focus on specificly? Is this a car that would be strong if I did a sedagon with it like the 77 olds wagon I had?

Malibu wagons are midsize, you'll get more help in the midsize thread. But leafed they are very competitive.
