mine was just a inch pie cut out. I ran mine low but I was only using the nose in light weld class. I cut the metal behind arms and gave me a good 2inches. Plus after I notched frame in rear pulled bumper up and rewelded notch. The bumper sits a mile high now. I need to lower it when I set leafs in. Then I’ll tilt it. you short leafing the car?

Any benefit or down fall to running a 90's bubble wagon with out the tail gate I’m running one in June without tailgate, leafed, and tilted. Will post before and afters. Then you can make decision. But I wanna run without it so I can see for a while.

If you don't have gate one side will go faster than the other

How far are you guys squatting the backs of the bubble wagons? Depends on how it's built.

Leafed, no tailgate, gonna try this way. First time building a wagon so gonna be a car to learn on for sure. Even thought about doing a build thread but don’t have a lot of time.

Nice wagon build. Be sure to use the backend as it is that much stronger and will last that much longer as the front will when leafed.
