I may have misunderstood your post but as far as any stock crossmembers go a 03^ is hard to beat. They work real well with tying the "fingers" together, just notch it out so fits the contours of the fingers and burn it all in place.

Ya I like the 03+ crossmembers if they have to be stock as well

Just asked promoter and am allowed to use an 03. Buddy has one so I'll give it a try. Appreciate the help.

Allowed to weld to rails. But promoter said only can bolt the xmember to dog bones. Figured I'd be better then stock xmember.

As long as it is somehow tied in it’ll be good

I have a 74 Seville and I can’t find upper ball joints big enough to fit the stock spindle! K727’s are too small! They don’t even come close to fitting in the stock tapered spindle! Am I missing something?!?

Am I missing something?!? Did you remove the adjustment cone off the old upper balljoint and move it to the new balljoint?

I must’ve accidentally tossed the adjustment cone! That’d make sense!

Yeah, There is a large cone that you can take off the balljoint with a pickle fork that you will need in order to run the stock spindle.

All I need is the stock cone...I’m not even sure what it’s supposed to look like. Is it the rubber cup on the bottom of the stock ball joint?!?
