How would you go about easily swapping trailing arm mounts? Just curious. I've never been able to come up without a decent solution unless you're allowed to tie it in to your cage. We have used 1/2 bolts and large washers and bolted them thru the floor .

How are the aluminum spindles on the 2000s centuries? Are they worth running The aluminum or would it be worth it to swap them out for steel? I assume they would break the strut mount off from looking at them

They aren't terrible but if you really want a gen 2 to be worth a dam, sub swap is nessecary

Swap out with steel if you are able, or like Tater said just swap out the whole sub to be competitive.

Swap out with steel if you are able, or like Tater said just swap out the whole sub to be competitive. Usually the strut itself will bend, ran a gen 2 4 times, several bent struts but no broke knuckles

Cold bending k member anyone ever try this? YUP !!!! Every time I ran a car it was cold bent. Had to use a little heat to straighten them out.

04 impala with a 3400..hopefully will be a 3100 series soon. But,is there any security issues I need to look out for like an inertia box? Gonna be a gut and go car. Just trying to get an idea before we start tearing it apart

How do u stop the cradle from bending behind the front body mount without plates welded to it or I’m I fighting a loosening battle

Losing battle. That is and always will be the weak link in the cradle without welding something in. And welcome to Wecrash!
