Bought an 87 Cadillac, git it home, took the back seat out and.the floor under the seats all the way across is pretty much gone, rest of car seems.ok if I swap body mounts as usual. On a scale of 1-10 I'd say its an 8 when it comes to the floor missing. Would yall patch and.run or scrap it!? Thanks

If the frames good and the body is good I'd run it! Sometimes patch jobs can be tougher then factory imo

Cars are to hard to come by to scrap them every time you run across rust. Fix it and give her hell.

Call me crazy, but I kinda always thought we were giving these cars one more go. There last shining moment before they got crushed. We are wrecking cars. Why in the hell would you crush one before sending that thing.

Ive ran junk with no floors or trunk. I had to find a bench seat just because there was nothing left to attach a split bench to.

"Rusty" cars up here in south Dakota consist of football size rust hole in bottom of rear quarters, a softball size rust hole in the trunk and a baseball size hole or two in the back seat area or front floorboard. I guess we don't have it so bad here.

That's why you learn to keep sheet metal of pre ran cars.
