All of them don't have to run a long time. Just one...it will be interesting to watch. Lunas are steel block w/aluminum heads.even if they get hot these guys will Pour the coal to it

They definitely put on a good show. I'm anxious to see how that 70s wire class is. Last year that was the heat to watch.

Compacts are THE show.you all should get all the same perks as the pro mods.half the car and twice the balls Don't you think the compacts are going to slow way down with 10k on the line? I bet it will. I'd expect 20-25 min. heats and at least an hour feature. Should play to the advantage of RWD compacts. You can keep a 2.3 running that long in a derby car. I seriously doubt you can keep an aluminum gm V6 going that long... Mine will be wide open from the green flag!!!!! 10g would be nice but not if it means bagging, using brakes, pussy footing around.... I'm there to junk shoot, my own included!!!

But consider last year, what was the payout and the numbers of cars that showed? I believe that if those same guys showed up plus a few more, a huge percent is there for the sake of wanting to be part of something fun. A small percent would be there for the money. However I do expect to see the guys that showed up last year for minimum money will slow up a little bit initially but when they know the end is near they will start throwing the haymakers.

It sure will be interesting. I'm curious if heats and a feature will advantage FWD or RWD as far as being able to fix things. It would seem FWD would be easier fixing front end parts and more availability. I don't know what you do about a bent or kinked sub though. I know pulling back down a nosed RWD is no problem. I'll never run another sma-shit show but been debating on coming down to watch the compacts tear it up.

If you live in ohio why wouldn't you watch the bash? Most of the cars that run the bash are now extinct at the county fair level.
