How are you guys securing your radiators in the crown vics. I have been using ratchet straps and it works OK until they break lol. I don't run an electric fan just an engine mounted one. I use both steel and aluminum rads.

I run old iron and use seat belts. they make changing rads easy.

I use seatbelts and I picked that up because that's how almost everyone in my area seems to do it. I used ratchet straps once I think. Seatbelts hold up better I found.

Weld two straps in the bottom of core support and blow two holes that are about 3/8 or 5/16 and than weld two straps on the top of the radiator thay are the same and run two strands of threaded rod behind the radiator. Garden hose on the contact surface to the radiator just in case and wide enough to where the rods hit the fan first as a last resort.

I run a 9 blade steal fan with tight belts. Never had an issue,
