My 99 from last year. First and probably last Taurus. Can't find them with clean subs in New York was impressed with the front. The rear and motor were another story. Seized it in the 2nd run. CAge mounted shifter with removable park lock out. [/quote]

Tempo. Took 2nd to a v-8 Pacer. Broke motor mounts so I junked it. Only after pic I got Motor mounts are weak, especially the rear, I broke mine and welded a piece of pipe in its place and it's held up ever since

My tranny loop got broken off when the frame rail got pushed over and i think my fuel pump was acting up, other wise I probably would have done better.

Ya I had fun too but it would have been nice to have 2 heats and a feature. But I don't think that will ever happen

I would run another one again tomorrow. The fronts suck but the rears just keep packing in like a roundback. All I did was move the battery, install dummy temp sensor, fix the radiator mounts, weld the gate closed, and do a slight prebend/tent/dimple job like any wagon deserves.

Where do you get a dummy temp sensor? if I get mine going again I will definitely throw one on mine Thanks

New or used. Or pull it out and plug the hole.

It's just an easy way to bypass the limp mode. And those cars do have it.
