A lot of guys have asked so here you go, but for it to work I need your input.
So far here is what we are thinking:
2 day event
End of March or April
$300-$400 per team
3-4 per team
Old school class rules
pre enter only
Team colors will be first come basis
Heats on first day A Main and B main along with other classes run second day Please comment below with your thoughts regarding these items along with anything else you would like us to take into consideration.

Be prepared for a bag fest. I know if I was running a stock car in multiple heats is want all the car I could have left for the feature.
win like a rookie, lose like a pro

Couple thoughts since I had this set up and my venue fell through.
4 on 4 fullsize, 16 max teams, $400 per team, pre entry only. Gives you $6400 just from entries to put towards purse (which should easily be $10'000).
Use soft build rules but NOT completely stock. Joker's team show rules last year for Big Lick were great. Allowed fords to cold tilt, metric gms to hump plate, good bumpers and attachment, etc.
Consider a smaller 8 team compact event as well. Let the compacts get a shot at this.
Filler events one and dones are a necessity. Pro mod, mod, mowers, trucks, beginners class, gut n go class, etc take your pick of a few and let those be open entry.
Tons more input to give, but that'll do for now.

Oh, almost forgot. No dirt birms and low soft banks. No one likes getting love tapped and stuck with a straight car. Blizzard Bash showed just how dumb that can be.
And the team show format all but eliminates sand bagging.

Our Team Show heat format was gonna be
Day One: 1) Team 1 vs Team 16 2) Team 2 vs Team 15 3) Team 3 vs Team 14 4) Team 4 vs Team 13 5) Team 5 vs Team 12 6) Team 6 vs Team 11 7) Team 7 vs Team 10 8) Team 8 vs Team 9
Day Two 1) A Consi (four losing teams from heats 1-4) -winner advances to A main 2) B Consi (four losing teams from heats 5-8) - winner advances to B main 3) filler event 1 and two 4) A main (winners from heats 1-4 and winner of A Consi) - top two teams go to feature 5) B main (winners from heats 5-8 and winner of B Consi) - top two teams go to feature 6) filler event 3 and 4 7) Team feature (pay all four teams)
Its a rough draft but what we were going to do and give you and idea of how it might flow. Consider that most team heats on average last between 5 and 8 minutes.

Doesn't seem like to much interest in this Cory. I know of 3 teams interested but that will not make a show. Needs more interest quick if its gonna happen in March or April.

Once he sets more in stone, teams will show interest. There's 4 teams worth of guys here waiting on a date and rules.

I dont see stock rules working. You have to run a min of 3 heats with the same car? They will be junk coming out of the "main" with nothing left for the feature. Guys that have to go thru consi will have no shot at all. I understand that team shows are normally aggressive but if cars are soft even teams will be bagging and dancing around. Jmo

I thought that too, until I ran a stock team show. Had plenty of car left for the feature, weonly fried one.

Interested in trucks, minis, and mini team show. When date and rules come out we can decide to commit or not.
