GM what? Year, make and model of engine differ greatly. Carbed or EFI? 4,6, or 8 cylinder?
Use the thread locator. There are wiring diagrams for practically everything here already. That or be more specific.

Are you fixing this car ? Or derbying it ? Theres not a lot to the wireing in them If crashing , rip it all out and run what you need. Swap to a one wire alt if your running one. Dont get a whole lot simpler

You need:
- Positive Battery Cable from large post on starter to hot side of battery - Negative Cable grounded to block to negative side of battery - Starter wire off positive side of solenoid on the starter through a toggle switch/push button and to the hot side of the battery - Coil wire from positive side of coil through a toggle switch to hot side of battery OR if running HEI distributor use the hot wire from the connector clip hot side through toggle.
That will get you basic wiring to where it will start. Alternator, gauges, fans, etc are all simple and self explanatory. Add what you need.
For firing order and timing use Google. Its faster than me typing it out. Lol

Just curious if you're running the 350 Olds that came in it, or changing it to a Chevy?

Chevy stacks won't fit. DEC headers makes them for Oldsmobiles or use a manifold gasket as a template and make your own
