First, I wanted to send out a message to clear up some rumors that have been going around. Rest assured that no matter how many cars show or do not show our event WILL GO ON and the stated prize money WILL NOT CHANGE, no matter the car count! We are working hard to give you a great event that will be fun and fair for everyone.
Second, we have had a lot of concern with the last changes we made to the rules. We have realized that building the cars to those specs is both expensive, and time consuming. We want everyone to be able to participate and because of that we are asking for all of you to provide input and help us define a perfect set of rules that will work for everyone. We would like to have the "final" rules out by January, so if you are interested in helping out, please respond with your input by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org by no later than December 15.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, we will get this all ironed out and the event will be a great time for all! We hope to hear from you all soon. We wish you and your families a wonderful Christmas and a very happy, healthy, and hopefully wealthy new year!!

Happy New Year everyone! We hope 2013 is filled with blessings for you and your families!
We finally finished the new and final set of stock rules (posted at http://www.VandRMotorsports.com). We wanted to have them sooner but instead we were blessed with the company of some great producers who spent some time with us filming footage for the event.
We apologize for the incovenience of change in rules again, and we promise this is it for changes (with the exceptions of any mistakes we may not have caught before posting). Our intention with this event was to create a set of rules that would allow anyone to build a decent car and contend for the $10,000 and unfortunately the addition of DP's and some other things eliminated too many people. We feel these rules are the best we could come up with to please as many as possible.
Thanks for your understanding! We look forward to seeing all of you in September!!

One judge per car in the heats. Those with the most points go to the main and there will be a consi heat. The main is last car running. To make it clear the judges are NOT the audience and these judges have nothing to do with any of the drivers!

Call me if you have any questions on rust repair. It's not permitted unless you get the ok from us. Pics are required. Drag links, steering boxes, Leaf springs, tie rods, all must be from yr, make, model, we don't want anyone changing any of these.

I was informed the rules had disappeared from the website, I have since reinstalled them. They are located on the front page of the website: www.VandRMotorsports.com, just click on the appropriate link. Sorry for any incovenience this may have caused!
