no not M.J...we are state neighbors and we both like em leveled out and riding like a 4x4!...its are style up here in the woods along with the Dr. If I were you I would make the front higher and back lower ;D Am I wrong or are you from MN and MJ from Wisconsin? I'm a mn too, was just giving mj a hard time about something from another forum lol

Hey Guys, I'm another newbie and my first question is do the state patrol Crown Vic's make realistic derby models. I saw something about using a different frame. Anything else I should know ??

Hey Guys, I'm another newbie and my first question is do the state patrol Crown Vic's make realistic derby models. I saw something about using a different frame. Anything else I should know ?? There a pretty thick plastic, get a better frame. The tub inside is alright but needs some work. You will have to do some cutting and maybe some scratch building stuff upfront.

how do you make realistic looking welds? there was a tip on the old site. i think you use Elmer's white glue and something else.

How difficult is it to work with resin? Is it more difficult because it is stronger than plastic? Does it just melt instead of 'bending' like plastic? Just curious as I really do like the roundback & impala models that are offered at modelhaus. Thanks.
