That is hard to say. It is possible that you could build to much pressure on the system and burn up your pump or blow a fuel line. Best bet would be to get a in live fuel pressure regulator if you can to avoid any possibility of issues. A return less system is ran by the fuel pump in the vehicle which regulates how much fuel it sends. I'd have to do some research on whether or not just running it with a constant pressure will do any damage. Best bet would be to either run the stock fuel pump if possible or get an inline regulator. Better to be safe than to risk an issue during the heat or feature.

I agree, too risky to run without a return line in a demo derby application. If the pump don't burn up, there is a good change the fuel line will burst or rip off the hose clamp after enough pressure builds. With that much pressure built up, the fuel will spray pretty far when it breaks out of the line.
Not saying this will happen 100% every time....BUT without a return line it will happen eventually.

If i put a t in the line between the pump and the engine would that take the needed pressure from the engine. Or maybe a t with the end that would act as a return be reduced for added pressure

So I have a 2000 Chevy venture. I was wondering if I should notch the rear frame and pre bend a Little. I have had good luck doing this on 3 w bodies just wondering if it would work the same.

What’s the best way to tie the rear end to the frame on a Chevy Astro. Running the fair demo so I believe it’s bone stock rules. Any pictures would be appreciated.

Hey Guys.. new to the forum.. looking for your expertise please. Running 2010 caravan, looking to get a little more height in the front. Any thoughts as to how to get the struts to sit taller without welding of clamping the shocks ?

Kirk, hello, I think the best way to get lift in the front would be to clear away the fenders and use taller tires. I do have a question for you. Did you have issues with the anti theft system? Mine is 05 and won't start. I can't get any spark. I've checked the crank position sensor and still nothing. Any help will be appreciated

Might be running my first mini van next year and was wondering if there are any issues that have come about with running headers on an 4.3 in an astro van
