Its funny to think about how much time/resources I put into this thing. Should last awhile though! Attachments:

custom yoke i made so i can mount a cheaper normal u-joint to the rear end, and also so i could mount a brake rotor. Started with normal yoke that the u-joint fits into. 1/2 plate machined down and the whole thing made true. Could have bought one but my boss figured i needed a lathe project. And ended up costing me nothing but time after work. 04 honda accord brake rotor 4 on 4.25 pattern which will make it so i can use a gm 3r series flange yoke and they are cheap and actually heavily made

i built this from a video I saw on youtube. It allows me to use a 10lbs spool on my 110 wire welder. The 2lbs spool it uses are $20 and these 10lbs spools are $65 saving $3.50. Easy to do, just drill a hole in the back of the welder case, use a grommet on the hole for good measure, and run the wire thru. I probably should have mounted the spool a little higher, but it works so I'm leaving it alone. In addition I made it taller and put wheels on it making it into a welding cart. One note: the spindle on 10lbs spool is much larger so I used some steel body spacers to mount the spool. will try to post a pic of that too. Attachments:
