Got rid of all the chit chat that was more than a week old too, but a huge chunk of it was thanks to photobucket's BS.

Hey guys, I'll be cleaning up the photobucket mess & older chit chat from this thread over the next few days. 42 pages as it sits. We'll see how small it is when it's all pics. Holy cow, I can't believe this went from 42 pages to 6. F.U. photobucket. Someone should try and sweet talk Tude into re-uploading his pics. I'm not even sure I'd remember the password to any of the 3 accounts I had anymore.

Photobucket on my phone still lets me see all the pictures I uploaded over the years without paying, just doesn't let me post them without giving me the middle finger.

Best I can do is screen shot it. Then it has arrows on each side, tried about a year ago.
Even if I could I doubt I'd remember all 3 accounts emails and passwords

Seems this thread has died down a little bit, or atleast all the pictures got wiped by that damn photobucket, hope this can give you guys some ideas or motivation. Feel this kind of takes some of the fun out of the DIY, but all this has been done by me besides the laser cutting, id say 99% of it is with CAD knowledge I got in high school. All assembled and welded in the garage out back. Gas Tank I did for a compact, all our boat tanks have disappeared, broke, or just have become unusable. Think they were under $100 with all the fittings and cap. Been doing cradles for a few people for a little over a year, this was a nicer one I put together. These 2 and 1 other went into Blizzard Bash limited weld cars, look a little different then the one above. Different price point, been trying to make a reasonably priced option for some of the guys up my way so they can keep competing as rule sets get heavier. Prototype bumper I put together, have been building these for a little while, this was the first time I put a skin on one to take some load off frame rails, worked ok at Blizzard Bash in the limited weld. Pointy I helped a buddy with, I programmed it and had it cut and jigged it together, buddy did all the welding. Still needs a brace across the back yet. Corporate Brace ive been working on, built one but wasn't really happy with it so this is the redesign. Them bumpers are sick!!

After seeing dozens of those stupid clickbait Facebook shares on making one of these, I did a little research and this was my attempt. The generic build of just cutting 2 holes in the lid and sticking a fan in one side and a vent in the other end only works for just a couple minutes because the air doesnt stay in the cooler long enough to keep the exhaust cold. This setup keeps the air in much longer. With intake temp at 95, the exhaust temp stayed at a steady 68. When you first start the blower the exhaust will be in the mid 40s for a minute or so, which can make for an impressive YouTube video stat, but doesn't mean squat for real life. It holds 40 lbs of ice and lasted the afternoon. Next step is get a much longer intake tube so I can put the blower outside because its noisy. Sorry for the stat overload, but after 2 days of cruising the net, I really never found any trust worthy data, just a bunch of videos that show one running in a cool room for a couple minutes.
