Should be in the left rear panel in the trunk. I bought a inline pump and wired it to the battery.

Some real good advice is to do away with the shifter. You can cut a hole in the firewall and make a push pull shifter for about $10. Use about a 3/8 rod.Weld a fender washer on the rod and thats your park lock out.Its not hard at all. That factory shifter will leave you sitting Trust me!

^^^ Yea, The column shifter is bolted to the strut box under the hood and if the engine moves at all it will snap the shifter cable since there is no give in it. If you remounted it to the engine...it may not break so easy, maybe.

Whats the best way to rebuild the front struts Took me 3 tries to rebuild mine solid and it still didnt work the best. One method is to cut open the end of it, drain fluid...(smells like Sh!t) and find pipe 1 size smaller to slide up into it and weld end back on. Now after losing the fluid you will need to set your own height on it because the chrome center shaft will just slide down otherwise. I welded a washer around my chrome piece to keep it held up. I also tried the f*ck it idea and removed the whole thing, weld all-thread onto the top of a pipe and shove it in. That kinda worked too.... I'd like to see a actual nice design if anyone does one. With building front struts i've learned you get 2 or 3 choices.... You can have it be easy to do, look stock, or be strong. But not all 3.

I've got a 92 taurus wagon, basically a chain and bang derby. Just wonderin if anyone is or has built one that can throw me some input. Fiberglass bumpers:( but I may just put another bumper on the front. Any feedback would be awesome.

No bumper on rear. Metal bumper on front is a MUST. Prebend back and hammer up on roof line where you want it to bend. Read this thread for wiring basics.

That's what I was thinking, should I pound up the tub where the spare sits or no?

Yes. Cut a slice across the tub even with where your notches in frame are.
