If Tempo/Topaz bumper shocks are like most Fords, they have some kind of plastic stuff inside and don't collapse very easy like a normal bumper shock. Its easier to either leave them stock, remove them, or remount them closer to the frame.

All the Tempos that I ran, I used 90s lincoln rear bumpers on the front. They are square and black and are "stock appearing". After drilling a few holes they can be bolted right to the stock bumper shocks. I dont know how much your inspectors look at, or your rules. Without stuffing, the frame allways bent before the bumper did.

they realy only push on the shocks and check to see if it has a 4-6 cyl and put the stick on what would also be good for a back bumper and also is tuckin the trunk a good idea

I got one that i was going to run but dont have the time and never ran a compact. Thinking about junking it out. Its a 93 mercury topaz 2 door with low miles. If someone has a use for it you can get ahold of me at 920-723-6084. would like to see it get used in stead of scraped right away, will sell for junk price.
