Think a foxboby spindle could mount up with minimal mods?

I've never looked at a foxbody spindle, So I wouldn;t kno lol. That strut in the pic was f'ed. I took the tires off, both struts were broken, and the struts fell out. The passenger spindle in that car in the pic was broken as well.

In addition to modifying the strut to hold a better spindle, how about welding a piece of pipe under the boot at top and bottom, creating a solid strut body? Obviously no good for some rules, but ok for others.
Also, someone please tell me a little more about t-top cars. Any special weaknesses to watch for there? Should be picking one up in a couple of days. The previous owner will be keeping the top glass, so I will have a car with an open top. I will want to put it together before the other Camro/Firebirds, so it doesn't sit over the winter with open tops.
Thanks.

Also, someone please tell me a little more about t-top cars. Any special weaknesses to watch for there? IMO they belly a bit easier because the rear pillars like to go up. If you go through pics(i'll try to find an example) you'll see it on almost every t top car on here. If you can, weld some bars over the open space from top of the windsheild/pillars, to the rear roof. Try to build your halo bar against the rear pillars if you can. Got 3 runs outta this one. Need better supports on future t top cars. here's some pics of a stang but it's the same concept.

Thanks, I remember those. Curious to see how ducky's t-top Camaro from page 1 looked after it was all said & done.

I actually prefer t-top camaros/firebirds. I made my own top for them out of diamond plate and angle iron, I'll post pics when I get to building my t top car

ill try to work on some pics. right now its on 8 runs and the adjustments ive made since last year were cutting off the metal i welded over the t tops because it was too low, i switched the rear bumper from the stock one to a shocker newport front and ive welded the front suspension solid. the last run i broke an axle so its getting a gm 12 bolt and leafs for september

I know it varies on the build but what area do the fronts of these cars normally bend?
