Out of the 03 and up frame what year is the best??? I heard the 08 are better than the 03 to 05s anyone heard that?

i was told 2010 natural gas frame.. i think thats what there called.

i am trying to build a model car with a 03+ frame and would like pics of the front frame rails and where the "crush" boxes would be and the rear hump section please. thanks for the help

The rules for 03s an newer here say - aluminum cradle must stay in place and no welding parts to the frame an this set up is fully bolted to the frame and aluminum cradle using stock bolts and bolt locations. I'm sure they will have something to say about it but its to the rules haha ;D[/quote So what did they say about this setup, or have you not run it yet?

i will find out how the 05 p71 frame is in january I ran one last summer, wrecked the front frame in one run. Hardnosed, shocks welded in the crush zone up front, otherwise stock frame. Bent pretty bad in front of the "crush box" area. Frame gave in the rear in front of the rear wheels.
